Emergency Services
We know how uncomfortable dental emergencies can be. In most cases, we see such cases the same day during normal office hours. Please call our office and we will make every effort to alleviate your pain. We can even make arrangements for your care during weekends and holidays.
New Patient Form
For added convenience, you can print out and complete our new patient form at home before visiting the dental office. Or, simply call our office and we will gladly send or fax it to you. If you don't have it already, you'll need the free Acrobat Reader to view and print it.
